1) Join us! And if you already have, introduce more friends and family to Bright America.
We’re a grassroots movement with hundreds of thousands of Americans banding together to defend the constitution, fight corruption, and cast a brighter vision for the future of our country.
Focused on Actions – Big and Small:
COLLECTIVE ADVOCACY: We equip our members to take simple actions to make their voices heard in their legislatures, media, and communities. Collectively, this adds up to a big difference – but there’s more that we MUST do.
150+ LAWSUITS: To maximize our impact, we also fuel complex actions like litigation, regulatory complaints, and lobbying with our strategic partner Campaign Legal Center – all things the average American can’t easily do but can feel deeply connected to and invested in by being part of our movement.
2) CALL CONGRESS! (again and again)
You're here because you believe in democracy, the rule of law, and a brighter future for America. Many of our members ask, "What can I do?" The answer: A lot. Civic engagement matters, and it starts with making your voice heard. Here’s how you can take meaningful action today and every day.
CALL TO ACTION: Updated 4/29/25
“I’d like to request that Senator/Representative [Last Name] do whatever it takes to stop the tariffs that are wrecking the global economy. This is a major issue, and Congress has the power to end these tariffs before the harm is irreparable.”
AND/OR
“I’d like to request that Senator/Representative [Last Name] stand up for the due process rights of all people in the United States, which are being violated by the President. If due process is treated as conditional, the rights of American citizens are endangered. This issue is NOT about immigration for me, or whether the people sent to El Salvador are sinners or saints — it’s about whether it’s right for our nation to send anyone to a maximum security prison without a chance to defend themselves, which is a right guaranteed to every person in this country by the Constitution, regardless of citizenship.”
I agree with your goals, as I learned by reading Olivia's email that just arrived in my inbox. I subscribed.
