I think you’re being too generous and giving credit about Trump having a strategy. He has no strategy. What you’re seeing is a very sick mind that has the levers of power and is unleashing his innermost urges as a psychologically sick person.

Project 2025 is the blueprint that is being executed by the people around him. If you worked for Trump, and wanted him to do what you wanted, it wouldn't be that hard to manipulate him into taking the actions you wanted as long as they fit into his worldview and victimhood.

I think he's trashing the economy on purpose to make the rich richer.

It's certainly making the people richer who seem to have inside knowledge of when he's going to make sudden changes.

I believe we need to de-fund all fossil fuel companies/projects, invest in solar and renewable energy immediately. That’s for the planet. What good is any government if the planet is dying, or at least is becoming uninhabitable for us humans? But in terms of your choices, I can’t really choose among these three: due process, ignoring laws, voter access. Without voter access (and an end to voter interference), we can’t get rid of the would-be-authoritarians, even if a majority of us want to, and the other two speak for themselves…at least to me!

We have been polarized. Now how are we brought back into a sane and mutually caring position. I will try my best.

We've given a lot of thought to this question, too. I think it starts with trying to understand, in as generous a light as possible, what life circumstances have led those who put him over the top (not talking about the die-hard MAGA fans) to believe he was a better risk to take than the leadership we had before.

Trump and his DOGE, MAGA, and Project2025 army are flooding the zone, attacking all elements of our government at one time. We can't hope to prevail if we don't find a way to resist EVERY attack and stand together. We saw that Columbia University didn't resolve anything by trying to reach a settlement, but Harvard, in suing the government, has the Constitution on its side. We may not have the kind of funding Harvard has, but the Constitution is ON OUR SIDE! Don't surrender in advance!

Indeed, that is why our primary strategy runs through the courts, rather than only having people call their elected leaders.

What's also exhausting is reading thin white text o a black background. Not an easy read for many.

Interesting - there's a lot of interesting science about it being easier to read white text on a dark background... but I hear you.

Different people define success differently. Different people define American greatness differently. We are critical of Trump's and Musk's actions BECAUSE we want America to be successful and great.
