What about the emoluments clause?
I think the Emoluments clause ... has just not been enforced. Maybe it was too much like the "honor system"...
While at it, what about tackling term limits for Congress, too?
Good concept, but will certainly need to include the supreme court backing off giving the presidency free reign without penalty. The president is now above the law, isn't he?
