SCOTUS is the enemy of the people and likely will help Trump and the fascist GOP rig the mid term election.

Trust is not a word we can use with SCOTUS, and the other thing that worries me is the orange asshole cancelling elections altogether.

The Supreme Court has no backbone anymore.

As always we will find another way of getting to the ballot box.

Can’t wait for a way to get them out of office as well.

I am concerned that a SCOTUS win for the GOP will open the door to using only the 'old' version of voting - - in person. Which may result in the eventual (legal) presence of ICE-type 'watchdogs' assuring the purported 'safety' of those in line, AND accompanying us into the voting booth. Also, not all of us are capable of standing in a line for extended times.

Having listened to Advisory Opinions, read lots of opinions and watched several Supreme Court oral arguments in person, I have a lot of respect for most members of the current Supreme Court. I appreciated Loper Bright in particular. I appreciate their opinions that urge Congress to do its job of legislating with clarity. Gorsuch and Kagan in particular are brilliant and excellent writers.

To Austin, I want to restack the three β€œthings you can do” list at the end of your piece but I am unable to copy that paragraph to restack. Any idea why?
